From the Streets of Korea to the Trails of Colorado

KoCo Street Food was built on a simple idea: that great food tastes even better when it’s shared. Inspired by the bustling markets and late-night eats of Seoul, we set out to bring those bold, vibrant flavors to Colorado — one crispy bite at a time.

At KoCo, it’s about more than just a meal. It’s about friends swapping stories over skewers, families digging into rice bowls together, and strangers becoming fast friends in line at the food truck window. Every dish we serve — from our crispy Korean fried chicken on a stick to savory rice bowls — is made to be craved, shared, and remembered.

What started as a dream in Seoul has found a home here in Colorado, where mountain views meet street food soul. And whether we’re posted up at your favorite brewery, popping up at a local festival, or rolling into your backyard for a private event, we’re here to serve up big flavors, good company, and the joy of eating together.

Meet the Founders

Olivia and Boah are the hearts behind KoCo.

With a shared love of Korean street food and a passion for gathering people around bold, comforting flavors, they dreamed of creating something special — a place where every bite brings people closer. From Seoul to Colorado, they’ve poured their creativity, hospitality, and obsession for crispy, saucy, shareable eats into KoCo.

You’ll find them behind the truck window, dishing out savory Korean street food and good vibes to every guest who stops by.
